Meaning

In the svādhiṣṭhāna-cakra, the dissolution fire (saṁvarta-agni) and the Goddess (samayā, a form of Tripurasundari) reside. Her glance, fierce enough to burn worlds when angered, is tempered by compassion (dayārdra), offering cool, soothing grace. In Śrīvidyā, this reflects the dual nature of the Goddess—destructive and nurturing—in tantric worship. The verse emphasizes Shakta theology, portraying her as both cosmic power and merciful mother
