Translation
You are mind, ether, wind, charioteer of winds, water, and earth; when transformed in you, there is no other. You alone transform your self into the universal form, bearing the nature of consciousness-bliss as Shiva’s youthful consort.

Meaning
The Goddess encompasses all elements—mind, ether, wind, fire (marutsārathi), water, earth—absorbing everything into her universal form (viśva-vapuṣā). As Shiva’s youthful consort (śiva-yuvati), she manifests as consciousness-bliss (cidānanda). In Śrīvidyā, she is the cosmic Shakti, embodying all existence and transcending duality. The verse reflects Shakta philosophy, emphasizing her as the sole reality manifesting the universe through her divine nature.
