Translation
O Auspicious One, worship of the three gods born of the three qualities is true worship only when performed at your feet. Thus, they stand eternally near your jewel-throne, bearing your feet, with folded hands and raised crowns.

Meaning
Worshipping the Trimurti—born of the tri-guṇas (sattva, rajas, tamas)—is complete only through devotion to the Goddess’s feet, which they reverently bear on a jewel-throne (maṇi-pīṭha). Their eternal stance, with folded hands and crowned heads, signifies their subservience. In Śrīvidyā, her feet symbolize ultimate authority, and worshipping them transcends all other practices. The verse reinforces Shakta theology, emphasizing her as the supreme deity above the Trimurti.
