Meaning
The sarga closes in a longer metre (puṣpitāgrā). Beings are fruit on the trees of the world, ripened differently by their good and bad deeds; and the wind of time blows them down every day. The commentary keeps the image. Every image in the sarga, the dreams, the dancers, the moments, the fruits, has pointed to one thing: nothing here stays. The next sarga will draw Rāma's conclusion.
