Meaning

The world (jāgatī sthiti) is a dancer of the ārabhaṭī style, the most vehement of the stage, whirling in the frenzy of the dance and making the onlooker dizzy. The commentary: she shows many forms and creates bewilderment at every step. The reader is the dizzy spectator.
