Meaning
Fate has no shape of its own. All one can see of it is kriyā, action, its own pulsing (parispanda): the deed and then its fruit. The commentary: beyond the arising of the fruit of one's own action, no form, act or wish of fate can be seen. This is a precise teaching. What people call fate is nothing but their own actions coming back to them. The reader is shown where fate is made: in what they do.
