Meaning
Brahmā praises her as the essence of the most important Vedic ritual (Sandhyā) and the most sacred mantra (Sāvitrī/Gāyatrī). He then declares her ultimate motherhood (jananī parā) and her two fundamental cosmic functions: she is the creative power (sṛjyatē) and the sustaining power (bhāryatē) of the entire cosmos.
