Verse 70
विबोधनार्थाय हरेर्हरिनेत्रकृतालयाम्। विश्वेश्वरीं जगद्धात्रीं स्थितिसंहारकारिणीम् ॥ ७० ॥
vibōdhanārthāya harērharinētrakṛtālayām | viśvēśvarīṁ jagaddhātrīṁ sthitisaṁhārakāriṇīm || 70 ||
Translation
'...for the purpose of awakening Hari, (he praised her) who dwells in the eyes of Vishnu, the Empress of the universe, the supporter of the world, the one who brings about both preservation and destruction.'

Meaning
Brahmā’s prayer is directed to awaken Vishnu. He glorifies her by describing her supreme nature: she is the indweller of Vishnu himself (harinetrakṛtālayām), the supreme sovereign (viśveśvarīm), the sustainer of the cosmos (jagaddhātrīm), and the power behind both creation and dissolution (sthitisaṁhārakāriṇīm).
