Verse 11

तस्थौ कंचित्स कालं च मुनिना तेन सत्कृतः। इतश्चेतश्च विचरंस्तस्मिन्मुनिवराश्रमे ॥ ११ ॥

tasthau kaṁcitsa kālaṁ ca muninā tēna satkṛtaḥ | itaścētaśca vicaraṁstasminmunivarāśramē || 11 ||

Translation

He stayed there for some time, honored by that sage, wandering here and there in that hermitage of the excellent sage.

Meaning

King Suratha finds refuge and respect in the sage Medhas's hermitage. The phrase 'wandering here and there' (itaścētaśca vicaran) suggests a state of mental restlessness and preoccupation, even though he is in a physically peaceful environment. His mind is not yet at ease.
