Translation
She is the eight Vasus; she is the eleven Rudras; she is the twelve Ādityas; she is the Viśvedevas, those who drink Soma and those who do not; she is the Yātudhānas, the Asuras, the Rākṣasas, the Piśācas, the Yakṣas and the Siddhas; she is sattva, rajas and tamas; she has the form of Brahmā, Viṣṇu and Rudra; she is Prajāpati, Indra and the Manus; she is the planets, the stars and the lights of heaven; she is time in all its measures. I bow to her always: the Goddess who takes away sin, who grants enjoyment and liberation, the infinite, the victorious, the pure, the refuge, the giver of good, the auspicious one.

Meaning
The list leaves out nothing: gods and demons, the three qualities of nature, the three great gods, the heavenly bodies and time itself are all she. The verse that follows turns this vision into a salutation, naming her as the one who grants both the enjoyments of the world and liberation from it.
