Meaning
The book places this practice after the Rātri Sūktas and the Devyatharvaśīrṣa. The practitioner recites the viniyoga holding water in the right hand and lets the water fall at the end. The mantra has three seers, three meters and three deities, one for each part of the Saptaśatī, and three seed syllables: aiṁ, hrīṁ and klīṁ.
