Translation
Om. O rosary, O great Māyā, embodiment of every power, the four aims of life are placed in you: therefore grant me success. Om. O rosary, keep my japa free of obstacles; I take you in my right hand. At the time of japa be gracious, for success, for my fulfilment. Om, to the lord of the rosary: grant, grant perfect success; O you who accomplish the aims of all mantras, accomplish, accomplish; bring about, bring about every success for me. Svāhā.

Meaning
The rosary is addressed as the Goddess herself, holding within it the four aims of life: dharma, prosperity, desire and liberation. It is taken in the right hand only after this prayer, which asks that the japa be free of obstacles and bear fruit.
