गुह्यातिगुह्यगोप्त्री त्वं गृहाणास्मत्कृतं जपम्। सिद्धिर्भवतु मे देवि त्वत्प्रसादान्महेश्वरि॥
guhyātiguhyagōptrī tvaṁ gṛhāṇāsmatkṛtaṁ japam | siddhirbhavatu mē dēvi tvatprasādānmahēśvari ||
Translation
You are the guardian of the most secret of secrets: accept this japa that we have made. O Goddess, great sovereign, may success be mine by your grace.

Meaning
The japa is not kept but given. Reciting this verse, offer the japa into the left hand of the Goddess. With this the Navārṇa practice is complete, and the Saptaśatī Nyāsa follows.
