बभूवाऽथ दिनान्यष्टौ रामागमन उत्सवः । सुखं मत्तजनोन्मुक्तकलकोलाहलाकुलः ॥ ५ ॥
babhūvā’tha dinānyaṣṭau rāmāgamana utsavaḥ | sukhaṁ mattajanōnmuktakalakōlāhalākulaḥ || 5 ||
Translation
Then for eight days there was the festival of Rāma's homecoming, happily filled with the sweet clamour that joyful people let loose.
