Meaning
Six negations. The commentary: in hundreds of kalpas Time is neither wearied nor pleased, neither comes nor goes, neither sets nor rises. These are the marks of what does not change. Time, seen at this depth, is no longer the flowing of moments but the changeless in which they flow. The reader may sense in this verse why the Yoga Vāsiṣṭha will later identify Time with Brahman itself.
