आपदामेकमावासमभिवाञ्छसि किं धनम् । अनुशिष्यति सर्वस्वमर्थिने संप्रयच्छति ॥ ३७ ॥
āpadāmēkamāvāsamabhivāñchasi kiṁ dhanam | anuśiṣyati sarvasvamarthinē saṁprayacchati || 37 ||
Translation
"'Why do you want wealth, the one home of misfortunes?' So he teaches, and gives all he has to whoever asks.
