आपातमात्रहृद्येषु मा भोगेषु मनः कृथाः । इति पार्श्वगतं भव्यमनुशास्ति सुहृज्जनम् ॥ ३० ॥
āpātamātrahṛdyēṣu mā bhōgēṣu manaḥ kṛthāḥ | iti pārśvagataṁ bhavyamanuśāsti suhṛjjanam || 30 ||
Translation
"'Do not set your heart on pleasures, which are lovely only for a moment': so he advises the worthy friends beside him.
