Verse 36
सा च तान् प्रहितांस्तेन चूर्णयन्ती शरोत्करैः। उवाच तं मदोद्धूतमुखरागाकुलाक्षरम् ॥ ३६ ॥
sā ca tān prahitāṁstēna cūrṇayantī śarōtkaraiḥ | uvāca taṁ madōddhūtamukharāgākulākṣaram || 36 ||
Translation
'And she, pulverizing those (mountains) thrown by him with hosts of arrows, said to him, whose words were indistinct and whose face was flushed with arrogance...'

Meaning
The Goddess effortlessly destroys his last attack, reducing the mountains to dust with her arrows. She then addresses him directly. The description of the demon—'whose words were indistinct and whose face was flushed with arrogance'—paints a picture of a beast driven mad by its own hubris, unable to think or speak clearly, contrasting with the Goddess's focused fury.
