Verse 14
युद्धयमानौ ततस्तौ तु तस्मान्नागान्महीं गतौ । युयुधातेऽतिसंरब्धौ प्रहारैरतिदारुणैः ॥ १५ ॥
yuddhayamānau tatastau tu tasmānnāgānmahīṁ gatau | yuyudhāte'tisaṁrabdhau prahārairatidāruṇaiḥ || 15 ||
Translation
'Then, while fighting, those two fell from that elephant onto the ground. Highly enraged, they fought with each other using extremely terrible blows.'

Meaning
The struggle between the lion and Chamara is so violent that they both tumble from the elephant's back down to the ground. Undeterred, they continue their savage fight on foot, exchanging vicious and brutal blows. This emphasizes the raw, primal intensity of the conflict.
