Verse 33
ततो महासुरो भूयो माहिषं वपुरास्थितः। तथैव क्षोभयामास त्रैलोक्यं सचराचरम् ॥ ३३ ॥
tatō mahāsurō bhūyō māhiṣaṁ vapurāsthitaḥ | tathaiva kṣōbhayāmāsa trailōkyaṁ sacarācaram || 33 ||
Translation
'Then the great demon again assumed his buffalo form. And thus, he agitated the three worlds with all their moving and non-moving beings.'

Meaning
Wounded and defeated in his other forms, Mahishasura reverts to his original and most powerful form—the buffalo. Enraged and desperate, he unleashes his full power, causing chaos and agitation throughout the entire cosmos (trailokyam), threatening all of creation once more. This sets the stage for the final confrontation.
