Translation
To the Goddess who dwells in all beings in the form of delusion: salutation to her, salutation to her, salutation to her, salutation again and again.

Meaning
The last of the refrain is the most daring: she is bhrānti, error and delusion too. Nothing in beings, not even their bewilderment, lies outside her.
