सौम्या सौम्यतराशेषसौम्येभ्यस्त्वतिसुन्दरी। परापराणां परमा त्वमेव परमेश्वरी ॥ १० ॥
saumyā saumyatarāśēṣasaumyēbhyastvatisundarī | parāparāṇāṁ paramā tvamēva paramēśvarī || 10 ||
Translation
You are gentle, gentler than all gentle things, surpassingly beautiful; you alone are the highest above the high and the low, the supreme sovereign.

Meaning
Terrible and gentle at once: the verse that follows the weapons calls her more gentle than anything gentle. She is above every distinction of higher and lower, and so she alone is the supreme ruler.
