Meaning
Every act of a living being, eating, seeing, breathing, hearing, is done by her power, as the book says: she is the enjoyer within. Those who do not know her still live in her and depend on her, and the book adds that this not knowing is the cause of their misery. So she turns to the listener and offers what can only be received by faith.
