Verse 34
यज्ञभागभुजः सर्वे चक्रुर्विनिहतारयः। दैत्याश्च देव्या निहते शुम्भे देवरिपौ युधि ॥ ३४ ॥
yajñabhāgabhujaḥ sarvē cakrurvinihatārayaḥ | daityāśca dēvyā nihatē śumbhē dēvaripau yudhi || 34 ||
Translation
All the gods, enjoyers of sacrificial shares, performed their duties with enemies destroyed; and the demons, with Shumbha, the enemy of the gods, slain by the Goddess in battle,

Meaning
The gods, now free from demonic threats, resumed their roles in receiving sacrificial offerings, as the Goddess had slain Shumbha, the chief enemy of the gods, in battle.
