Verse 41
केचिद्विनेशुरसुराः केचिन्नष्टा महाहवात्। भक्षिताश्चापरे कालीशिवदूतीमृगाधिपैः ॥ ॐ ॥ ४१ ॥
kēcidvinēśurasurāḥ kēcinnaṣṭā mahāhavāt | bhakṣitāścāparē kālīśivadūtīmṛgādhipaiḥ || ōṁ || 41 ||
Translation
Some demons perished, some were destroyed in the great battle, and others were devoured by Kālī, Shivadūtī, and the lord of beasts. Om.

Meaning
In the climactic battle, some demons are killed outright, others are destroyed in the conflict, and the rest are devoured by Kālī, Shivadūtī, and the Goddess’s lion, concluding the annihilation of the demon forces. The ‘Om’ signifies the sacred closure of the verse.
