Verse 11
निशुम्भो निशितं खड्गं चर्म चादाय सुप्रभम्। अताडयन्मूर्ध्नि सिं हं देव्या वाहनमुत्तमम् ॥ ११ ॥
niśumbhō niśitaṁ khaḍgaṁ carma cādāya suprabham | atāḍayanmūrdhni siṁ haṁ dēvyā vāhanamuttamam || 11 ||
Translation
Nishumbha, taking a sharp sword and a very radiant shield, struck the excellent lion, the vehicle of the Goddess, on the head.
